Can I have a an ESA letter even if I don't have my pet yet?
We offer an option for those without a pet. Select “I don’t have my pet yet” during registration for an additional $20. You’ll receive an initial recommendation letter. Once you have your pet, update the details and complete a shorter assessment to get a second letter with the pet’s information.

Emotional Support Animal (ESA)
